What are personality types?

A personality type is made up of the eight Jungian Functions arranged in a specific order in the standard “Model A” which takes into consideration Freud’s conscious-subconscious model and incorporates Kepinski’s informational metabolism theory.

I find this all very interesting and useful. Having done the tests to see which type I am and having read the descriptions it describes me very accurately. I think its helped me realise how I differ from others and why, why perhaps those of opposite types don’t understand me.

Also being one of the less common types, I see why the “normal” jobs just don’t do it for me. Interestingly, the jobs I’m suited to according to my type is exactly what I’m doing. Really interesting and informative site.
